Life is already too overwhelming.
You don't need another list of therapists.

Most platforms will hand you a list of therapists and hope you figure it out.
We believe someone should stay involved.

You’re about to trust someone with your deepest thoughts and secrets. That shouldn’t require becoming an expert at researching therapists.

You don’t need to understand the difference between therapeutic approaches, certifications or professional bodies before asking for help. We’ll do that work with you, so you can spend your energy on what only you can do: get better.

Therapy happens once a week, but healing doesn't stop when you leave the room.

That’s why The Red Room doesn’t end with an introduction.

Between sessions, you’ll still have difficult conversations, moments of doubt, small breakthroughs and questions you’d like to share. Our community and weekly essays are there to accompany the rest of the journey.

Our same commitment to clarity applies to the therapists we work with. We only work with people who think deeply, stay curious, and are committed to understanding the person behind the symptoms.

We don’t try to look for therapists who know everything. We find the ones that know how they create change.
